My op is booked in for 7th March and although i am very excited i am starting to get a little scared. I was wanting to get some advice on how your recovery went, i recently had a C section and i am taking a bit of a relaxed approach towards my sleeve op based on this as in my C section i was actually cut open where the sleeve is key hole.
How was everyone recovery ? i hate vomiting and i have been told this is a side effect has everyone had this ?

Well, I have never had a baby , so I can not relate to what you are going to go through. Sorry. I hope things went smoothly for you. Tips I can give you are:
1.Follow the doctors' orders
2.Take your vitamins
3.Don't stray from diet
4.Be active.
