Anyone freak out a few days after? I had a full blown panic attack this morning

I didn't have panic attacks, but I had some pretty bad "buyers remorse" for about 4 weeks postop. I kept crying and asking myself, "What have I DONE???" I was completely miserable and I hurt after everything I ate and I felt so weak and deconditioned after my surgery. I'm now at 2 1/2 months from surgery and I'm sooooooo glad I did it! I'm working out 5 days a week and I feel better and I more healthy than I have in YEARS!!! I'm down 4 clothing sizes already and I feel soooo much better about how I look. Hang in there.....I promise it gets easier and easier as time goes by!

I freaked out in the hospital. I wasn't sure if I had done the right thing or not because I hurt. I am better now. It is just going to take a little time.

I had sleeve March 2 and it has had came with some regrets. I now have good days and bad days. Hoping it does get easier. I have lost 15 lbs though.
