Hi All:

I had a lapband that was giving me problems and so I went in to get it out and switch to gastic sleeve. I had very little pain. I had my surgery on a Friday and I was back to work on Tuesday.

My doctor put me on a low calorie diet three weeks before surgery. I loosely stuck to it and still managed to lose 20lbs before surgery. After surgery, I seemed to be losing weight like crazy. I'm down to 196 and have already got rid of my largest size clothing.

BUT, I haven't lost a pound in a week and I'm a little worried. I going to see my doctor tomorrow for a follow up but is this normal??

I had surgery 7/9/13. Lost 23 lbs. I have not lost anything since 9/5. I don't eat much. Usually 900 cals. I exercise. 45 min this week. Frustrated.
