I have gained 4 pounds during my pre-surgery weight loss and am having a lot of trouble getting back on track and believing I can do it. What do you do to keep on track and stay motivated?
Pre-surgery is difficult, what kind of pre-op diet are you on? Are you having trouble sticking to it, any other reason for weight gain? I was on 2 protein shakes and a lean and green meal in the evening. Obviously it helps to keep busy... I would split up my protein drinks and my meal so I could eat more frequenty, I only lost 6lbs in my pre-op.
