4 Days until surgery

Here it is, 4 days until my surgery and I find myself eating a bite of my Childs pizza. What is wrong with me? Thats the kind of stuff that got me to this point....I'm so mad at myself now! These protein shake meals are just not satisfying me!! Grrrrr!! I went for pre-op on Thursday and received my "bible"! Wow....it's alot! Having to remember to take my vitamins everyday will be one of the hardest for me...on top of, having to space them out so one doesn't interfere with the other!! and hair loss...I think that is starting to scare me more than sagging skin!! Having said all this, I am so excited(& nervous) for my surgery! Its exciting to know that THIS time, I WILL lose weight! Was telling a friend how discouraging it is to work you butt off and see no results, so in return, I would just stop! But now, I can't wait to work my butt off because I know I will see results!! How awesome is that?!! Wish me luck!!
