Hi all just wondering when after post op are you allowed to have a hot bath?

    A post yesterday or the day before inquired about hopping in her pool, I'm sure it would be similar to that if you read the comments

    not sure about bath but no hot tubs for 6 weeks that is what my Dr said

    I had to shower for the first few weeks until the steristrips fell off. Ask your doctor what his/her recommendation is for bathing.

    I bathed after a week....No complications. My Dr said I could submerge after 7 days. But if you want to confer with your doctor, that might not be a bad idea. We all get dramatically different instructions! LOL
