well it been a good week for me as my weight is going down every week happy with how i am doing well today my weight is 222 lbs. and i am very happy with it as everyday take a little more time but i am geting there no problems' at all i keep down what right for me and keep a open mind that it take time to loss every lbs you have to lossi dont think about it i only know that i am winining at reaching my gaol. soon.
