30 months after gastric sleeve and feeling great. I have reached and exceeded my goal weight. Just hoping to continue to maintain it.

    That's great! If you don't mind me asking how are you maintaining? Do you track and stay at/under a certain amount of calories? Or do you just watch what you eat?
