Omg!!!! I just had my three month surgiversary and I'm down to 190lbs. I'm so happy that everything is falling into place. I'm loving my new body....

    I walk for an hour everyday....I eat what I like I just eat in moderation...but I think my success is due to the amazing group of friends that i have sharing the journey with me...support is the real key.....
