Ok just got new clothes for my 47 birthday i am in size 12 jeans and 8-12 shirts which varies from med- large.....

ok it has been 2 years and 3 months still doing alright i have gained 9 pounds 2 months ago struggling to get it back off but haven't gained anymore just making sure i weigh in every Monday to monitor my weight i know a lot has to do with just grabbing something unhealthy to eat cause faster then actually cooking.And not drinking any water at all only coffee in the morning..
