21 of these little suckers ! I'm down 21 pounds since April 1st, the start of pre-op diet. 12 pounds since surgery(14 days). I will definitely take that !

I have had no pain meds since coming home, no naseau, no indigestion/reflux, not on diabetic meds, check my sugar daily and it runs 87-95 WOW! I hope this journey continues as easily as the first two weeks. Oh, I cant believe Ive not been hungry at all...really?? I would have eaten an entire pizza before.. Eating soft foods now, going well 4-6 tablespoons per meal. Only drawback is ensuring I get in required water and protein, but the powder and shots take care of that.
