Just in case....I had BAD diarrhea for the first 2 1/2 weeks after surgery....turns out I am allergic to whey...Just be careful and try to notice if the tummy issues happen when or shortly after you drink a protein shake...If so you may want to try another protein source. I am using egg white protein and I feel a thousand times better..

If it continues don't do what I did and just assume it will pass...call your doctor...
