  1. Thank you for responding! I have my surgeon's consult on Tuesday so I am getting a game plan ready for after the surgery which should be within the next few weeks. I am super excited and I will definitely be sticking to weights and strength training. Loose skin is my biggest fear!
  2. Thank you! As far as the loose skin is concerned, I focused heavily on strength training and weights. When I first had my surgery, I was going to the gym about 4-5 times a week. Three of those days I incorporated weight lifting. Weights are where it's at!
  3. Wow! You just motivated me! How did you combat loose skin? You are where I would like to be after I have my surgery. I am still in the pre-approval process and would love to get some insight on how and what you did!
