This surgery is not easy you still have to make the right choices on what you put in your mouth. But it is a great tool on helping you with portion control. The only regret is that I did not have it sooner. Good luck!

Thanks for your encouragement about Dr. Alvarez. I just knew he was the one after viewing the You Tube videos and reading all of the wonderful reviews. I read his book already too. You look fantastic....I am hoping for the same results. Above everything else....I want to no longer be diabetic.
