Hi. After reading on this forum that every single doc had a different post surgery plan I decided to add when I felt ready. I'm two months and still haven't done nuts but about everything else I have done with no problems. I am not sure if that helps or not but wishing you the best of luck.

hi! just out of curiosity, your a month extra post op from Dr Roslin. He said I could start meats once im a month out, was it the same for you? Were you experimenting with anything to try out your sleeve?
