Tom it's a piece of cake. I stuck to the pre and post surgery diet very strictly that's how I lost so much so fast. I'm losing 3 to 5 lbs a day and I'm 9 months out.

You stats look alot like mine in the start, I havent been 240 since freshman in high school maybe, I cannot wait to get to your level! My surgery is 7 days away, feeling every emotion right now and hope all goes well.
