I went to kc bariatricswoth dr. kowalski. I did not encounter any additional fees. There was the cost of $12,999. It incleded dr fees, hospital fees, nutritionist. My insurance did pay for the egd that was necessary and my post op medications. I am now almost 3 months out and everything but psychiatrist copay has been covered by the gee they charged
