Thank ya I'm fine. I'm hoping I'm over my bump and ill start losing again soon. I'm trying to exercise but I guess I'm lazy. Lol.., I'm eating better ,but I'm a creature if habit so trying to find other foods I like full of protein

I'm good. It hasn't been to hard to adjust to my sleeve. I live how little I need to feel full and that I don't think about food all day. I started working out an that's going pretty good. Hit a couple of bumps this week with my kiddos getting sick. I caught a cold from them and have no idea what to take.
