Hi Candik...I am reading your blog now...I see what a positive and happy experience your surgery has been! Mine, too...I am just working it a little differently than you. Thanks for your 'gentle' reminder about what mindset I should be adjusting to for the future. All is well. LOVE that you did a 1/2 marathon! I used to run, and plan on it again sometime soon.
