I don't care how slow, i just want it to go away. This thyroid crap affects everything! My endo is the one who started me on this adventure in the first place. I have an appointment in September with her so I think by then I should have lost something. I am so sick of this pre-op diet though. I guess it wouldn't be so bad but I already did this once this summer.

Good Luck. I thought it would be extremely to lose it was slower than most but steady and I am happy with that. I have been getting so many complements and so glad I did it. My thyroid med dosage has been coming down with the wt. loss also so be aware you will need to check in with your Dr. about that. Keep in touch and let me know how you make out.
