    Rant-Tell me what is wrong with Mexico?

    I found on YouTube a patient had videotaped her trip from San Diego to TJ, the drive, the town, inside the facility etc. (I'm not certain if it was the same building I'll be going to), but I thought, "Hey that area looks like parts of Florida where I'm from".
    I've had surgeries as an out patient in FL and one of them is a 'medical center' with offices, a pharmacy, surgery suite, and a bank! in the building, also there is a steak house restaurant at the end of the parking lot. ...

    i have a secret.
    It feels like a secret, I'm keeping these cards very close to my chest!
    I haven't told anyone of my plans for the lapband revision to gastric sleeve. Not my husband, my grown kids, nor siblings.
    I think this stems from negative thoughts that if I say to my husband, "Hey guess what I'm gonna do..." I'll get the eye roll and " not again!"
