  1. 1 Month Surgiversary - Photos; Op Day, 1 month later

    Wow! It has been 1 month since being sleeved.

    It has not been without it's little challenges, but it is something that I am so happy to have had done. It's still early days, and I am still on a puree diet, but I am now feeling good. I still have some nausea and am getting used to the different feelings in my tummy and learning how to eat, when I am full, learning all my body signals.   2. Day 5 of Pre-Op Diet

    Day 5 of my pre-op diet. Am feeling ok. I am not starving, though being out with friends for most meals, and seeing & smelling their fabulous food is a little torturous. I haven't been tempted though in the slightest to even take a nibble because I want my surgery to be a success, and to be in the best shape for it, especially with all my other health issues that make the surgery riskier.

    It hasn't been too bad. I honestly am not a fan of the shakes though. I find them too sweet.
