I was able to drink some protein drinks and cheese sticks at first but now milky products make me feel really bad. I have heartburn bad. I have started a daily heartburn pill along with many tums. I can get a 30 gram protein bar down in about three hours. I feel pretty weak. I know i am not getting near enough calories. I try different foods in hopes that one will work. I just end up feeling so awful after i eat something. i chew it up good and eat slow. I get about 2 bites in and then ...

Some advice:
CHECK YOUR BAG.
GET THE LEAST AMOUNT OF CONNECTIONS.
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE GAS X FOR THE FLIGHT.

I did not check my carry on luggage. sure wish i would have. I had 2 connecting flights. We left Mexico at 9 am. I arrived home at 12 pm. That was a LONG long day. I slept pretty much all day on Sunday.

I had sugery yesturday. All went well. The facilities are clean and the people ate nice. I got up and ealked and walked? Only got sick when I swalled too much popcycle juice? And it was not a big amount, I amback at the hotel now. I amgoing to take enso and then a shower! Thank you everyone for the wishes and prayers.

I am at the hotel Ticuan. It is very nice. granite counter tops, tres ceiling. coffee pot and a safe. the chicken broth is very good. They will pick us up tomorrow at 8 am for surgery. I can't believe I am here. I am so excited!

I started my preop diet today. It has been okay so far. I have 4 more days to go. At least day 5 I will be busy traveling. So today all I have wanted to do is clean? I cleaned my son's closet, his room and his bathroom. I have done about 5 loads of laundry (mostly stuff out of his closet! He is 15). Tonight I am going to do some sewing/mending and paint my toes!
