    It isn't easy laying everything & everyone you ever knew--or thought you did--open for examination & reality checking...but necessary so you can take conscious, responsible stock of your lifes reality. THIS IS NOT A JOURNEY FOR WIMPS ..not an easy way out with a simple, single linear solution. It took you however many years of mental, spiritual & physical issues, choices, abuses, ignoring facts to get to this state of life. We have to acknowledge & address EACH AREA in all honesty ...

    I can't not tell you how many times I have said this to myself ...and even aloud to just about anyone who would listen and/or commiserate and definitely to God ...in more of a rant, than prayer admittedly! My pcp, Dr. Andracki (google & youtube the man--awesome beyond physician )tuned me on to Dr. Michael Ryce( a friend of his, that changed his own life too!) n he & his families work. I will share his link and book title here for your consideration ...the book is also free as download ...
