    I took control over my weight.

    I was sleeved in June 18, 2013. I do Capoeira (Brazilian marital arts) eat better and small portions of food.

    I want to thank all my family and friends that been part of this journey with me....you guys believed ...

    I made the best decision ever when I decided to have the sleeve surgery. Being part of this online support group has been part of that success. I had so many questions in the beginning, like many of you, and I learned so much from all those who went before me. I'm still a working very hard and will press on towards my goal. I look forward to hearing about everyone else's successes too!
