    I had my 5 month appt pre op and to my surprise considered ive passed a kidney stone and haven't been ableto eat any solid food in a week. I lost 4.5 lbs for a total of 15.5 since ive started this journey in July 2013. I have my appt with my surgeron on dec 5 for a surgery date in dec and I cant wait. What a Christmas present to myself a new me. Ill be 40 in 2014 and my weight has pulled me back and food has ruled me for so many years and I would love to be able to live life to where I can ride ...
