    So my biggest concern has always been with getting approved, and it is very hard to get a straight answer from the Ins. Co. and everyone has a little different plan, BUT I finally got a website from a Blue Shield Ca. PPO rep that kind of spelled out their policy AND it is up to day..not from like 4 years ago. SOooo, for all you fellow sleevers worried about the same thing, check this out site.
