Is the 80 grams of protein a day the goal for everyone or does it depend on our weight? My surgery is Monday and I have my information packed as I leave for the airport soon, but I am also wondering what amount of carbs we are limited to each day?? And one more question (sorry) is Crystal light packets ok....they have 5 calories in each packet which you add to 16.9 oz of water??? Thank you guys....
