Well I weighed in today at 7 weeks post op and I am down 66lbs. It feels good to be able to get on a home scale and not see the LCD say "-----"! I will never see 400lbs again!
So it's been over 2 years now and I was down about 130 lbs. I haven't weighed in since July. I had a lot of things this year on top of the WLS that have contributed to my weightloss (divorce, sick parents, relationship problems- all led to depression) Last December I was at about 175. After that my husband and I separated eventually divorced and I went thru a depression where I was hardly eating and I was drinking a lot. December I was a size 10. Amazing how much music my stomach makes. Rumbling from one side to the other. Actually makes me laugh.
I caught a cold Saturday night - maybe that was why I was feeling so cruddy! I am home from work and feel like I am drowning in mucous! This better not put off my surgery.....I have been super worried about that. ON the good side, I am not as hungry.
Has anyone gone through hormone theray?
