So went in Wednesday met the nut and tge exercise person got a lot of diets to follow but my thing is if the other diets I've tried worked but the thing is I came to get help with the diets. But my insurance company is a 12 month wait so my surgery should be in December not January well that's something I have to check out. Ok so I'm at my pre open second appointment I'm ashamed I gain 4lb since dec 15 but I don't eat much but I haven't weighed myself since the holidays do I know I was eating wrong. So ashamed of myself I know now what I need to do cause this is awful plus i only eat once a day because I'm just that busy and I'm not hungry. Sigh smh. so I have to meet with five people tomorrow to add to my first pre op appointment this is my second appointment since getting started. then Feb 25 is my physic evaluation so I wonder what's next after that? Does anyone one knows what's next after this?

I have read three blog so far that has touched my heart that people can treat people like that in a hospital stay and two that had to have surgery because something went wrong with there sleeve. It kind of gotten me scared to keep going for a surgery date. I'm scared, and feel sorry for the pain and hurt they are feeling. sorry for feeling this way but people shouldn't be treated like this, and who to say it won't happen to me. has anyone had a c-section and have trouble with the lower belly hanging. If so when you got the sleeve did that part of the belly retract back?
