  1. How many calories is everyone eating?

    Hey Everyone :

    My Doc says I should eat 1200 calories. I am doing my fitness pal and I have very slow weight loss! Somedays I get close to 1200 others around 900! Keeping sugar under 25 grams carbs are low too! Just wondering what you all are doing? Hugs!
  2. Pouch test!

    I am going to do five day poch test! I again am not losing weight! Unbelievable! So frustrating! I increased my calories between 1000-1200! I am using My Fitness pal and working out 6 days a week! I am getting 80- 90 grams of protein and keeping sugar below 25! I am doing everything right! So here I go! Starting tomorrow! Hope this works! In the past 4 weeks I lost 2 pounds! It is so frustrating!
  3. Ok 4 week stall now! What the hell?

    I am so frustrated! I have not lost any weight for 4 weeks. My calorie intake is between 700-900 a day, protein is 65-80. Getting water in and exercising 30 minutes a day! I feel like crying! Never ever been so down! Sorry just had to vent! I actually bought my food diary up to Docs office and they said I am doing everything right! Just do not get it at all! The sad part is I am only five weeks out of surgery!
  4. Ugh! Just loosing ounces!

    I am 1 month out and I have lost 21 pounds, I have been on a stall for two weeks and today is my weigh in day. I lost 2ounces! It is very discouraging! I hope it turns for the better soon!
  5. Ate food today!

    Okay so I had one scrambled egg for breakfast! Was full!
    Lunch I just ate baby prunes because of constipation!
    Dinner I ate 3oz of turkey with some fat free gravy and 2 broccoli florets! I feel a little bloated! Hoping I did not overdue it!
    Still scale has not moved but I am happy of my loss thus far! It will happen. I think I was getting nervous because I see a lot of people on here where the weight is flying off! I am happy for all! Hugs!
