  1. Reflux thought

Saw a video on utube where one person claims getting tested for food allergies helped them avoid foods that triggered heartburn, has anyone tried this?
  2. Mostly Pros , one Con

Well, let me get to the Con, reflux. Hopefully it will get better in time. Thanks to Pepcid and Tums, bearable. Now, Pros, Since July 17...lost enough weight so my jean shorts are sagging . I just looked like a short swollen lady ...
  3. New Worry

Something I have thought about since the surgery is car wrecks. I know any wreck is bad, but are we more prone to injury since having VSG? Just have a friend on Instagram get in a wreck 2 days ago where her car flipped over, today she is going to hospital with stomach cramps and a little blood in her mouth, this is scary. Sorry, trying not to be negative but realistically , are we more prone to issues in a wreck?
  4. 4 or 5 years out

I would like to hear any comments from those 4 or 5 years out from having sleeve done. Any problems?
  5. Am getting down hearted

My insurance has accepted me but now I have to go through 3 months of nutrition & psych evaluations. This depresses and puts me into anxiety for the delay. I know about nutrition, I am 54, give me a break.
