I'm very pleased with my results so far. My 7 weeks post op was this past Thursday. I do my pictures and measurements on Sundays. Since surgery I've lost 25 lbs and lots of inches. My waist -6 inches, Butt/hips -4 inches, biceps -1.5 inches, breast -4 inches, and thighs -4 inches. Best gift I've ever given myself. I'm so happy!! Merry Christmas everyone! 3 days post op and I'm finally starting to feel like I'm recovering. I've been able to get up and down on my own with some mild discomfort and I'm still sore from the gas. This morning I got up and made me some jello for later. I have made it my goal today to drink the liquids and proteins I'm supposed to. If anyone has any pointers for how to make this happen... it would be greatly appreciated.

Of the 4 muscles and tendons in my right shoulder, I tore 3 of them on NOV 5th. (Yard work, dragging a branch, fell backwards...I'm NOT 19 any more..)

Gastric sleeve w/ gallbladder removal on 12/13, and arthroscopic reattachment of 3 tendons on 12/20. No more surgeries for at LEAST 2 years.

With my arm in a sling, and limited mobility, I'm still loosing weight, and staying positive. I haven't posted any updates or replies, because of the pain. My Queen is an RN, so ...
