Its been a while since i posted and sometimes i feel bad that i have not gotten back here sooner, but as you read the post and see all the positive progress that happens over time, you start becoming more active and you almost ...ALMOST forget you even had it done.. lol I have learned a lot about my eating and how much i can and can not eat, fast eating is OUT OF THE QUESTION if i do not have time to chew, then i don't eat. I never thought i was going to be able to keep up with the vitamins i do ok now, however sometimes i still forget lol even though i have them in a case to take everyday.I had a three month set back were i actually GAINED 10lbs but that was from a medication i was taking that had weight gain side effects.. i am now off that medication - i am only 10 lbs from my goal when i went in to the doctors in NOV 2010- my new goal is to weigh 150lbs . I know i will get there, because i have committed myself to changing my eating habits and getting that exercise. It does not mean you have to be a work out junky, i am by far not that person, but i do walk 4 times a week and do bikram yoga (yoga done in a room that is 95 degrees in temperature) I will try to show you my 2 weeks before picture and my 1 year photo if this lets me.
