nervous stomach???-guess what happened

Well I found out part of the problem, I just got home fom the hospital. I went out to dinner instead of staying home like I really wanted. Just as they served the food I asked to be excused. Before I could return, I hit the floor.

Someone called an ambulance and I had my first buggy ride. My BP dropped to 70/50. They couldn't find a pulse. After two bags of fluids I feel much better and came home to a full house having a bluegrass jam session.

Moral of the story : Don't skip a day of GERD medicine and do whatever you have to do to get all your fluids in, no matter what. If I had just laid down like I wanted, there is no telling what would have happened.

Recognize the signs!!!

I'm so glad you're doing Okay now. So what was it? Were you just dehydrated? That can do weird things to your body, I've heard. Yes, everyone pay attention: Get your fluids!

I am much better today. BP is still just 100/57 but I'm working on my fluids. Hopefully it will start coming up.

OOOH OOOH Maybe I should go out and get a big slab of salty country ham and a big bottle of wine. That should get it going.
