    Today!
I'm actually starting to see & feel thinner myself.
& then I looked in the mirror & am finally starting to notice where my body is changing shape.
I cant say I like what I see, but I'm still smiling about how I'm losing weight.
Its starting to look more like a Beer Belly than just a fat guy now.
    & its lower than before.
I held my weight up higher than a lot of other people.

In other words it starting to get really exciting
Sleeve operation date was Jan 18 2011
My weight on the day of surgery was: 292 lbs.

I can relate to this. Every partner I have had has had a problem with my weight, even when I was within the normal weight range. I was an idiot for letting this bother me when I was younger. I figure that I can react to it or realize that the problem is with them. My current partner only mentions it when he is drunk eg. "If you lost weight you would be as hot as xxx". I hate it. I have no problem with him seeing me naked. I am very conservative around other people though and avoid mirrors at all costs. For me, the main problem in my relationship is intimacy at my current weight. I cannot do things I was able to do years ago (in the bedroom) eg. for positions and kissing at the right moment. I am trying to loose weight and am on the waiting list for surgery, in exchange for my partner giving up smoking. I've also told him to stop the cruel comments. He feels bad for doing it and didn't realize that he was. We have come to a compromise.
Lately I have let go of a lot of grief and trauma (unrelated to partners) but that is helping with my weight loss and exercise schedules. I feel lighter emotionally. I have realized lately that I hated my body since puberty and was placing way too much pressure on myself. I can't wait to be a little hottie again (for me!) and not stand behind people in photos.

You guys will get there trust me! I have been below my goal for the past few months. I LOVE how I look (in clothes! lol. Still some loose skin issues but hopefully that will get better in time). I used to be very fit and slim with a great body. Then kids came along and by my third, the weight did not come off and in fact it kept going on. 18 years and 100 pounds later..... well we all know the story. Every diet and exercise plan on the planet was tried with no, limited, or temporary success. This surgery is life changing. I am so much happier & more confident. Our marriage was good and sex was great but now our marriage is great (don't have those talks about my health and weight loss anymore that caused a lot of tension) and sex is amazing. I now recognize the reflection in the mirror as me and it's GOOD! I love shopping and going out now. I love seeing people's reactions who haven't seen me in a long time. This surgery was literally a llife saver. If you are struggling since having surgery, remember it is all worth it. If you haven't had it yet and are worried-trust me...it will be the best decision you could make. It was for me!

Hmmmmm.....I go back and forth with this. I am the true epitome of the term "BBW" so men have always told me I am "gorgeous" "hot" "stunning". A male friend of mine told me they were lying and it was just a ploy to get into my pants. LOL So how come at the grocery store men follow me? It's not store security because I can hide items under my boobs. LOL Why did one the most gorgeous men I have ever seen---Stop dead in his tracks and give me the biggest smile ever. I have actually had men do double takes. This has been my whole life and while I am aware that it is going on, I am naive at times to the fact that I am attractive even though fat. Society has dictated that men don't like "fat" women whether sexy or not. So now fat women have their own nightclubs. I would go and the women there did not like me. I am 5'9" and 251 now, but at the time of going to these clubs about 282-298 and my biggest ever was 321. I find that I have to look in the mirror everyday at my fat body and see the flaws. In many ways I have come to like myself regardless of size because when I dress, I dress well. No one else is going to represent me, but me! But when it comes to getting naked with my boyfriend and we have "marathons" because my drive is higher than his, initially I do not want not to get naked to have the fun, but once it starts----All is good! I realize he wouldn't be there if he had a problem with my belly, hips, thighs, etc... I turn him on real easy and he is the type that prefers a more in-shape "average" to "hot" woman and I guess this is where my "hotness" comes in but I don't feel that way out of clothes.....Hope this makes sense.

There are lots of men out there that like Big women, I myself have dating many a fat girls & I must say they usually perform better in bed.... I've often wondered if its because they feel they need to to make up for other things?

Well I didn't start performing well until my 30's. Lol (I was married for 11 years) I just turned 40. I was and still am a little on the shy side so I was one of those just lay there girls and then when I did start to get into things, my partner at the time didn't like me moving my hips or suggesting other positions. Mmmmmm....think it had more to do with his staying power than his unwillingness to experiment. Most men act like they don't like a boring woman in the bedroom but don't know what to do when a fun vivacious comes at them. Lol I think when we can all realize skin is skin and it comes in all different sizes, shapes, colors, textures, etc...;The world can be a better place. Is your skin toning well or will you need a body lift?

I was walking 4 to 5 times a week at least 2 miles up to 4 miles...even hit a little over 5 one day. So far, since surgery 11 days ago, I take 2-3 up to 5 minute walks like they had me doing in the hospital every 4 hours when able. I lost 47 pounds on my own from January to August while waiting for my surgery. I can't wait to get back to my regular walking routine as it makes me feel free and liberated and I can do anything I set my mind too just as all of us here have done! I am going to add the gym in at least twice a week and plan on it being for life. We all know that life can get in the way of "life", but I have to get a concrete back-up plan as not to "back-up" and return where I started. I used to go the gym everyday for 2 hours a day.....until "life" got in the way.

Think it's more to do with experience and we usually put on weight with age. I'm sure that women get hornier as they get older. Not sure that's true of all men though lol Maybe the cougars have got it right.

Big Momma - you go girl! In the words of JT 'were bringing sexy back'.
