Red face plateaus suck, but there is always a bright side!

I was so frustrated that I have been stuck on a plateau for the past three weeks despite the fact that I have lost a tremendous amount of weight. Three days ago I changed up my exercise plan and started running. Today as I was running, it finally dawned on me that I was RUNNING! Just months ago I would not have even been able to walk the distance that I have been running, and not even jogging but literally running! Even if I don't lose another pound, I have so much to be proud of! I am going to work on some more pounds, though...lol.

Running, now that sounds like a lifestyle change, that is directly possibly because you have made some awesome progress!

It's important to recognize your criteria for success changes the closer that you get to your goal.

Great work and keep running, you'll have your metabolism so maxed out that the stall will end before you know it.

Stalls rock! Anytime you start a stall, take your measurements! Things are still happening and usually for the good.

Hey girl I had the surgery a day after you and we're going along side. I started at 248 and im at 178 I have stalled for about six weeks and its very frustrating, but I continue trying. All I can say is congratulations on your running and just have patience.
