Surgery on 12/21

Hi all. Surgery went off as scheduled without a hitch. I did spend an extra night in hospital (2 total) as my blood pressure would not settle down. Other than that and some light bleeding from two of the incisions, no problems.

Four days out now and I'm doing well. Staying on schedule with vitamins, b-12, protein drinks and fluids in general. Only taking pain meds at night as they help with sleeping. Temperature has snuck up to about 100 F a couple of times, but drops back off with walking and breathing exercises.

Good job Rock! Congratulations on your surgery and on things going well! I also ran a slight fever for the first week, but nothing alarming. Keep going with the fluids, and we will all look forward to your future posts of progress!
