WOW...what a way to start a new journey...but you are in luck...I see lots of assistance on here with answers...but what I didn't see was...the size of your meals...or the times you are trying to take them. What worked best for me was small meals..instead of 3 regular meals ...I have 6 to 8 a day...very small in size about every 2 hours I'm eating something. Start with morning...if you are on meds..take with a small breakfast ..yogurt works great. 1 hour to 2 later have a (1) scrambled egg ..1 hour to 2 later have a cup of soup ... be sure to DRINK lots of water or gatorade in between your meal times. 1 hour to 2 later have a jello ....1 hour to 2 later have a protien shake..... I know you are getting sick of all the protien shakes...get a variety and blend them up different from time to time..add half of a bananna; peanut butter...these things really do help and you can blend them so you are not taking in any mushy foods...I have found that my vitamins and the water is a must...everything else I have to work at a happy medium. So I experiment with time of day to eat what...and try to get in as much protiens as possible. Also ...if I feel hungry...a warm cup of tea or coffee...takes that away fast. Hope this helps..a little
