    Default Tomorrow. Wow!

I cannot believe it....tomorrow is the day....all this time preparing and it's here.
Why don't I feel nervous!?!? I feel more unprepared at home..like it's not clean enough or I forgot to do something to prepare the kids, like groceries or something. haha....
Then of course it's all clear liquids today and what did I do, had a protein shake! I've been doing it for the past 9 days, I guess it was just second nature!
Then I bought gatorade and it's not sugar free....so much for being prepared! Can I drink this kind anyway or do i NEED the sugar free??

24 hours from now I will be in surgery!!!!!!!

Good luck!!! I don't recommend Gatorade, the sodium is rediculous. I was drinking it and checked the label, it's high. As for sugar....sugar free is the way to go, at least in the beginning. Your tummy is going to sensitive and sugar is calories you don't want.
    Good luck tomorrow!! Congratulations!

Good luck! Stay away from sugar. Carbs are essentially sugars and they are what puts weight on us.

Your taste buds might change a bit after - it's really wierd, mine did. I couldn't tolerate propel very well it was too sweet. I settled for the tiny bottles of G2 and drink one very other day.

Also double check your labels they are tricky with no sugar added and sugar free look very similar on the shelf. They got me a few times!

Protien shakes and Greek yogurt make the world go round! Good luck and I hope you have a speedy recovery.
