Just sitting here looking at numbers. I've lost 103 pounds in 142 days. I would do it all again. I've had my stalls. Never really worried about them though. There were times I threw it back up. Learned that I hate sugar, hurts like hell. Sleevers stay with it. Your goals will be made. Future Sleevers, hopefully you won't regret your decision. Exercise. Exercise. Exercise. Protein first. Multi vitamins and minerals. God speed to you all.

What a fantastice weight loss. I am going to be having surgery in July and I am hoping to lose at a steady pace or else I'm scared I'll get discouraged and start eating unhealthy. Keep up the great work.

Just keep in mind that you didn't get big from eating healthy foods. Surgery is 50% tool, the rest is up to you. The first few weeks will be trying. You WILL get through it. Make sure you get you protein in and take your vitamins. Start walking as soon as you can and don't stop. This site has been awesom. Ann2, Tin Man, and others have sound posts. Need help always ask. On Facebook Rocks Kitchen has great recipes. I hope you enjoy your new life.

Saying there is always one. I don't see a reason to regret it. The first month was very trying for me being I was part of the 1% that have complications. Things have worked themselves out and now I'm reaping the benefits.
