Just sitting here looking at numbers. I've lost 103 pounds in 142 days. I would do it all again. I've had my stalls. Never really worried about them though. There were times I threw it back up. Learned that I hate sugar, hurts like hell. Sleevers stay with it. Your goals will be made. Future Sleevers, hopefully you won't regret your decision. Exercise. Exercise. Exercise. Protein first.
