you look amazing and nearly unrecognizable from your before pic. congrats on your success
You've kept your weight off so well! You look wonderful! Did you get any work done afterwards?
"Lee, by "own it!" your daughter means that you should be proud of your accomplishment and understand that you deserve this. Not because you have to pay it forward or backward to justify your own benefits. She means that this is YOUR accomplishment, and accomplishing that for yourself is enough. You do not have to fix everybody. And you do not owe anyone for the benefits you have earned. They are YOURS!" Ann2
You look great. You have to feel like a new person because I know I do girl. We are almost the same weight. I started at 230 and now I weigh 130. You are lucky to have boobs. I lost every bit of mine. My stomach and arms looks exactly like yours does almost identical. My thighs don't look as good as yours by any means . The skin at the top of both thighs is wrinkled. I can't stand it. We are going on a cruise on the 18th and I am not ready to show my thighs lol....
I don't have boobs but the bombshell bra by VS is a miracle worker…. I now have about an A down from a D… my skin on my legs are wrinkled….. i just have them positioned in a way it doesn't show i guess…. I plan to have boob work, arms, legs, and tummy work one day. Im going to the beach in a month and dread getting in a bathing suit but I will embrace it i guess since i won't know anyone lol and its a heck of a lot better on the eyes than the obesity was lol. Post your before and after! I would love to see! no one else did :P
Thanks to the rest of you for such kind words. Its still a constant battle mentally to pick the healthier options. But I have grown to realize which ones are healthier and such…. even when I wasn't sure before my surgery….
Things that my nut told me to stay away from that I know helped me and can help anyone else…..
