Does anyone use chewable biotin? If so, what brand is good? Thanks.

Yes I use a raspberry chewable biotin that is 1000 mcgs...I'm not sure the name but I bought it on amazon with free shipping, it's in a dark bottle with purple writing quick dissolve. I started them before the surgery. Hope this helps and you find them...I think they were 5-8 dollars

I have used both Nature Made and Nature's Bounty (WalMart, Giant Foods, etc.)

Hi suz I use natron biotin 5000mg 2 a day. At Sam Club ...Thursday will be a year since my surgery and have lost 77 lbs am thrill with the progress.. Hope all is well....God Bless

Suz it been helping my hair ,nail, skin my husband tells me he can't see my bald spots,anymore, I also use Wen Shampoo...how has your weight loss going. I lost 77 lbs and Thursday will be a year. It doesn't seems it been that long, that you and I were going thru all the test then you went on the cruise and I went ahead with surgery. It the best decision I ever made, hope all is well ,,,God Bless

Donna - It's going very well. I'm down 80 lbs and it's been 7 months. I'm exercising a lot and that's helping me replace the urge to eat. The only problem I'm still having is knowing when to stop. It's hard! You just keep eating and then all of a sudden it's way too much. It's been a great decision for me also. Glad to hear from you - you look great!
