Went to my first post op appt. today my Doc was very happy with my incisions, and mainly my weight loss. Since October 27th (2 week pre-op diet) I have lost a total of 32 pounds!!! BAM. My face is totally thinner, yay for cheek bones! But hubby isn't happy boobs are shrinking lmao!

Aww thanks! I'm pretty sure majority of this "weight" loss is water weight. I had the same thing happen to me when I had my C-section with my daughter I lost a lot of weight really quick. I can tell in my legs that I have lost ALOT of swelling. So I can't take all the credit that it is true pounds. But the scale and myself are happy either way! I am tall too (5'11) so the weight is evenly distributed, so I'm having a hard time noticing some areas but my husband is noticing a difference

Boobs definitely shrink. My wife was extremely well endowed and while they are still impressive, its amazing how much less there is. But she improved so much everywhere else, that the loss in boobage is more than made up for.
