Hello Everyone, I spoke to Linda yesterday on the phone. She is having a rough go of it. Please pray for her---she says the gas strips didn't do shit and she has been walking 20 min, resting 10 min for the first night after surgery. The shots do not seem to be helping. She did have a massage and thought that helped a little. All she wants are the pop sickles---Please pray for her, she is just not doing as well as I had hoped. I do expect a call from her today and when I do I will report right away. Thanks in advance for your prayers. Connie

That is a shame. I will be thinking of her. Tell her I had a bad time with the gas. Walked and walked until I was exhausted. It does get better.

Poor Linda - first few days really is hard if the gas gets bad.. hope she gets home soon!
Best NSV - fitting on a kid's amusement park ride with my 4 yr old grandson!
CFIDS =Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) Also dx with post-bariatric reactive hypoglycemia; and chronic gastritis (both sleeve complications). Permanently disabled.
Start weight 335, down to 218, up during gastritis. Have accepted there is no way to lose it with my hypoglycemia. Current weight 260. Currently doing 10 day sleeve reset and determined to get back down to my post surgical weight or close to it.

Tell her we r praying for her. I did not have any gas pain but did have a horrid headache yesterday. I slept for most of the day. And I want popcile too but they don't have any here in the hospital... Bummer
