Got a great protein shake it really good and it has 64 gr of protein. 1 scoop nectar Orange, 1 scoop UNJURY chocolate, 1 container of Greek yogurt (any flavor) , cup of skim milk or ( almond milk ) , ice, blend all together ,you can use any flavor of UNJURY, or nectar syntax, this is really good. My understanding is that you can only absorb around 30 g of protein in a sitting so a drink like this one might not be all that beneficial. That might be something to take into consideration. Precision Nutrition » Protein supplements: Are you even absorbing yours? Good luck!

This article was awesome!!! Thank you for sharing. I really do need to do more research on some of these things. It feels like a real learning process.

I hate to be a spoil sport, however, toward the end of the article is this paragraph: "Now, on a side note, I do have to mention that this study was sponsored by the company that makes whey protein powder with these enzymes. Of course, I’m not saying the study isn't accurate. However, I always, always look at where the money comes from for studies. Why? Because to some degree, funding will influence the interpretation, design, or outcome of the research." I don't know if I agree with these findings. I intend to do more research from an unbiased source.

I can't leave a posting without some words of encouragement. This forum is the best in all ways! The people are wonderful, the information amazing and the results are ssssoooo cool.
