It is a bottle cap with a built in timer that reminds you to drink water. Initial trials showed that people who used it drank more water. I am wondering if the novelty wears off after a bit but who knows...

To stay away from chemical sweeteners, colors and flavors I take one cup of fruit juice and a couple spoons of powdered Stevia in a large thermos...add water and shake. It's only about 100 calories, filling and healthful. I keep it to one a day because of the calories.
