gained 2 pounds?

guys after i changed my diet from clear liquid to pureed liquids, i noticed a gain in weight of around 2 pounds. it is really worrying me.is this common? i am hoping its some form of water retention? as in the past days i couldnt have any water or anything else, so mostly i was on empty stomach most of the time. although even 2 pounds WORRY ME ALOT> and i want to start going to the gym as i am mostly active all the time and bored. doctor told me to avoid abdominal exercises though. its been 23 days since my surgery. please help.

I think it's totally normal. The same thing happened to me. Don't worry, just make sure you are measuring your body every month. That way, even if you haven't lost many pounds, you can look at your inches.

another thing worrying me is i reduced 23 pounds in like 12 days and from then on after the changed diet, the weight is not going down at all

Its ok a pound or two once you get to working out more it will come off just don't Stress on it worry will slow your healing process you will be awesome. Best to you!

Please don't worry about any weight gain, as it happens...
I have lost over 100lbs since April, and my weight goes up & down all the time.
So long as you take it easy, and don't pile the calories on your be fine.

thank u so much guys. also i guess der is a lil to blame myself too...i was licking the flavour off pringles n nachos and stuff just to feel like m eating again. :/ i realized i should never do that... i know it sounds gross but i couldnt help it...thank u so much people.
