I finally had the sleeve on Friday, August 12! I was so nervous but everything turned out wonderful! I don't think I was prepared for the feeling of fullness in my stomach. That has been the hardest thing to get use to. Sometimes it's a painful feeling, other times just a feeling of satisfaction. FOR THE FIRST TIME IN OVER SIX YEARS, I'M UNDER 300LBS!!!! I will return to Lafayette Thursday for my first check-up. I'm so proud of myself and my family for pushing through all the red tape. It has been a 5 year journey with a lot of tears! But we've made it! Love to you all!
