The suspense is killing me

My insurance company (Aetna) has a 3 month requirement and did my 3 months which ended 7/29/11. I was told my paperwork was submitted and that I should hear something by my next appt. Although it is just next week I was hoping I wold have gotten a phone call or something. I am so scared that of receiving bad news. I guess we'll see.

well, no news is good news? Give THEM a call. I drove my insurance company crazy.

If they're anything like BCBS of Alabama, they'll send it by snail mail.

I TOTALLY understand! my paperwork was only submitted yesterday or the day before that and I'm already going nuts thinking I'll be rejected.

I had aetna and they were terrific- I did the three months and was approved. So hang in there!

I too am going nuts! My file was submitted 8/5/11 and it took until 8/12/11 to find out they needed additional information that was already in the file. So the surgeon re-faxed and called to let them know what pages the information was on and I too faxed the information on 8/17/11. The insurance company told the surgeon's office to wait until Wednesday to call back for an update but I am going to start calling tomorrow!
